What happens if I need to make changes to my website?
You may decide to leave any changes to your website to us
We will always prioritise our workload to make sure that our existing clients’ changes are made as soon as possible.
Alternatively, you can opt to have your website designed with a
Content Management System included in it.
This will allow you to make changes to pre-defined areas of your website at any time you wish.
What do you charge?
Depending upon the complexity of the work involved
... and we will charge you a fair price for our work. We will always discuss our charges with you first so that there are no ‘nasty’ surprises.
Do I have to pay up-front?
We may charge an up-front fee
...based upon a percentage of the agreed price before the commencement of the design process. This is to cover our third party costs (such as registering a domain
or SSL certificate on your behalf), but we will not expect you to pay the final balance of your invoice until you are completely satisfied with your website.
How do I know what is happening during the design process?
We have a password protected test server
...which can be seen at www.minting.biz where you will be able to view the progress of your website.
After the design process has been completed and approved by you your website will be moved onto our secure server where it can then be viewed by the whole world.
Can my website be designed for Accessibility?
Yes
Accessibility is now a legal requirement for large corporate companies. The subject of accessibility is vast and covers many different aspects.
We build our websites with basic accessibility included in them. To provide a fully accessible website is a complex matter and it will depend upon the website involved.
