Gothic Darkness was established in 2008 to sell gothic clothing, jewellery and accessories on-line.
Gothic Darkness does not have a ‘high street’ presence and is purely an on-line business.
The website could be traded immediately as it is still live and can be seen at www.gothicdarkness.co.uk. The ‘Add to Cart’ button has been temporarily removed so that purchases cannot be made. As the website is still live, it is being indexed by the search engines (Google, Bing and Yahoo etc).
The website could also be re-branded to suit an existing trading name or style if required or it could be used as a second route to market if you already have a website.
The website uses Actinic Version 9 software. Training in the use of the Actinic software can be provided by an accredited Actinic Developer in your area.
Currently there are around 2000 products loaded with scope for many more products to be added. Actinic has a content management system which allows full user ability to increase/decrease, change/alter or add/delete products and products sections without incurring additional designer costs.
The Sale
The sale of the website business will include:
Transfer of the domain name - gothicdarkness.co.uk.
Full use of the Gothic Darkness logo if required.
Transfer of the website files.
Hosting with Minting Design who designed the website until 30th April 2012.
Transfer of the Actinic software and the Licence Key for the software.
A list of the previous customers.
Physical stock held. All stock is new and saleable and is a selection of items currently listed on the website.
A detailed spreadsheet of stock is available upon request.
Details of the trade suppliers are available for all of the products on the website.
Supplier introductions will be made available to the purchasers.
To Start Trading
What you would need to start trading with the website:
Transfer of domain name (included in the sale and we will assist you with this).
A Business Merchant bank account and a Paypal or credit card facility.
A SSL (Golden Padlock) Certificate in your name (we can assist you with this).
The Business
Accounts are available upon request. Gothic Darkness does not have any business debtors or creditors and relationships with trade suppliers and past customers are excellent.
The Price
The business is for sale for £2,000 plus stock at cost (please contact us for latest details)
This represents excellent value for money as the cost of a similar new website would be in excess of £4,000 without the branding, good will, past marketing including show presence and domain name.
